The property entrance is accessed via a quiet street, featuring a manually operated security gate that you can choose to open and close at your convenience.

Upon arrival, you’ll notice the double entry doors leading into a welcoming living room furnished with an L-shaped couch, chairs, a coffee table, and even a foosball table, perfect for remote work with an office desk and printer included. From the living room, sliding doors lead you to the back patio and pool area.

Outside, enjoy viewing from the wall-mounted smart TV while lounging on patio furniture seating six or more. A round dining table for four and tiki bar add to the outdoor experience, complemented by a propane grill for delightful evening meals with family.

The kitchen seamlessly connects to the living area and comes fully equipped with essential appliances including a refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, and microwave. An additional dining area in the kitchen accommodates 6-7 guests comfortably.

Venturing further, you'll find a hallway laundry area, a full bathroom, and three inviting bedrooms: one with a king bed, another with a queen bed, and a master bedroom near the pool offering a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. Please note that the tub/shower facilities are older and should only be used for showers.

A bus stop for Bus #1 is conveniently located at the end of the street, though having a personal vehicle is advisable for exploring all that Oahu has to offer. During off-peak times, expect a 20-25 minute drive from Honolulu International Airport. Rideshare services like Lyft and Uber are also accessible throughout the island.
