Located just a stone's throw away from popular attractions like Hanauma Bay, Kona Brewery, Costco, and Koko Head, this house is ideal for both relaxation and exploration.

Please note: Minimum rental duration is 30 consecutive days. Rental prices remain fixed regardless of actual usage or occupancy.

While we may not be present during your stay, we are readily available through the booking platform between 6 AM to 9 PM EST. In case of emergencies, you can reach us via text or phone call, and our contact number will be provided before check-in.

Your retreat is nestled in a family-friendly neighborhood within the sought-after Hawaii Kai area. Quiet and welcoming neighbors embody the spirit of aloha, so we encourage you to reciprocate during your visit.

Enjoy easy access to Oahu's beaches, as you can stroll 15-20 minutes to a local park where kids and dogs can play and watch the outrigger canoe club practice. The beach offers stunning views of Portlock and Koko Head.

Just minutes away, you will find the Hawaii Kai Towne Center, featuring a variety of dining and shopping options such as Costco, Safeway, Island Brew Coffeehouse, Longs (CVS), Raising Cane’s, McDonald's, Maile Thai, 808 Tex Mex, Outback Steakhouse, and Roy's. The nearby Koko Marina also boasts eateries like Moena Cafe, Jamba Juice, Greek Marina, Kona Brewery, Teddy's Bigger Burger, Sophie's Gourmet Pizza, Harbor Village Cuisine, and Taco Bell.

This listing showcases the main house, comprising three bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a kitchen and living/dining area, all surrounded by a generous outdoor patio and inground swimming pool. The total interior space is approximately 1500 sq ft.

The property entrance is accessed via a quiet street, featuring a manually operated security gate that you can choose to open and close at your convenience.

Upon arrival, you’ll notice the double entry doors leading into a welcoming living room furnished with an L-shaped couch, chairs, a coffee table, and even a foosball table, perfect for remote work with an office desk and printer included. From the living room, sliding doors lead you to the back patio and pool area.

Outside, enjoy viewing from the wall-mounted smart TV while lounging on patio furniture seating six or more. A round dining table for four and tiki bar add to the outdoor experience, complemented by a propane grill for delightful evening meals with family.

The kitchen seamlessly connects to the living area and comes fully equipped with essential appliances including a refrigerator, electric range, dishwasher, and microwave. An additional dining area in the kitchen accommodates 6-7 guests comfortably.

Venturing further, you'll find a hallway laundry area, a full bathroom, and three inviting bedrooms: one with a king bed, another with a queen bed, and a master bedroom near the pool offering a king bed with an ensuite bathroom. Please note that the tub/shower facilities are older and should only be used for showers.

A bus stop for Bus #1 is conveniently located at the end of the street, though having a personal vehicle is advisable for exploring all that Oahu has to offer. During off-peak times, expect a 20-25 minute drive from Honolulu International Airport. Rideshare services like Lyft and Uber are also accessible throughout the island.

The walkable and bike-friendly design of Hawaii Kai allows for enjoyable outings along quality sidewalks.

Tax Information: Be aware that there is a tax of 17.962% on all rentals in Hawaii. If your booking site does not collect this tax upfront, you will receive a request for immediate payment to finalize your reservation.

Please refrain from smoking or hosting parties during your stay. For your peace of mind, there are long-term tenants residing in a separate portion of the property, but they are rarely seen. You will have exclusive access to your private indoor living spaces and the poolside patio and BBQ area.

Keep a close eye on children when they are near the pool and marina areas; safety is paramount.

Note that while we do not provide cable television or TVs in the bedrooms, a flat-screen smart TV is mounted outdoors for streaming your preferred content.
